In the ultimate OTI experience you will get instant video feedback many times throughout the training sessions right there on the court.
Video feedback is crucial for improving your game. You have to see what you are doing wrong and what you should be doing instead.
We will also track your progress on video during the sessions and you will be able to see objectively how your technique improves throughout the week.
You will get laser-focused feedback on your game and how you can take it to the next level.

#1: I don’t know if I can play Tennis for 5 hours per day.
We won’t spend all 5 hours hitting tennis balls.
The time will be customized to your individual needs and ability level.
There will be video review sessions where we sit down and really break things down for you.
Unlike most other tennis programs, the OTI system is not about running you around the court.
Instead we pinpoint what you need to improve, slow things down and then fix it together with you using our progressive system.
You will see dramatic results by the end of the week!
#2: Will there be time to enjoy Costa Rica?
Yes, there will be plenty of time to enjoy Costa Rica!
We will run a 3 hour training session in the morning and then another 1.5-2 hour session in the afternoon.
Afterwards there will be plenty of time for excursions and to enjoy the beautiful beach nearby!
#3: Can I bring my family?
Yes, you can bring your family. As part of the price you will have a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom villa and can bring anybody you want. Additional people of course have to pay their own lunch and breakfast as well as for the excursion
What You Will Work On
During one week we have time to work on all 4 areas of the game:
- Technique
- Strategy (Singles and/or doubles)
- Mental Aspects
- Footwork
There will be a heavy focus on technical training during this week but the instructors will adjust the focus of the training according to your individual needs!

ABOUT OTI INSTRUCTOR JEFF LEWIS
Jeff Lewis has been mentored by tennis teaching greats. He spent many hours teaching along side tennis teaching legend Vic Braden. Braden was a world renowned author and speaker who is recognized as having had a major effect on the sport of tennis. His fact-based information based on years of research was and still is way ahead of it's time.
Jeff also competed in Division 1 college tennis as well as club tennis in Germany. Now after having been in the tennis industry for over 20 years and having worked with player of all levels in over 10 different countries, his main passion remains to instill in others "love for the greatest lifetime sport available!"
Over the last 12 months he has studied the OTI method intensely and has been personally trained by OTI founder and head coach Florian Meier.

We are looking for students who are willing to put in the effort for 5 days to reach the next level.
If you are just looking for a vacation with a little bit of instruction then this isn’t for you.
You will spend approximately 5 hours per day working on your tennis game.

Don’t worry though…we will customize the training to your age and physical ability level!
Gregg is a native of Cape Town, South Africa, where he learned to play tennis at a very young age. After competing in college tennis, he trained under top professionals and became a certified instructor.
He has been teaching now for over 14 years, improving the game of club level, junior and professional players.
He is a superb technical coach and has been personally certified by Florian.
Gregg has been teaching the OTI methodology for over 6 years now and the feedback he gets is simply amazing!
