Module 1: Maximum Serve Power

In module 1 I teach you the 2 key serve power movements that result in the majority of the power on your serve.

Most of the power on the serve comes from mastering the arm action and the common idea that the power comes from the legs is actually not true! I tested my serve speed on regular serves and then hit some serves on my knees and it turns out that I was able to generate around 90% of the speed of my regular serve while serving on my knees!
